Everything was perfect, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. The room was spotless, bright with lovely bathroom, we enjoyed it. The staff was enthusiastic & kind.

Every detail was perfect, particularly staff and location, overall I appreciated this hotel. The breakfast had plenty of food, like bacon and eggs.

The whole place was reasonably clean, I liked it, and had great location and food. The breakfast was included.

My bed was too small, unfortunately.

The venue is cosy, it offers good hot breakfast and has unbeatable location right by motorway, Ullswater, the lake. The units are warm, immaculate.

The staff was immensely pleasant and the place was fairly clean. The English breakfast was warm, that was my favourite part. Enjoyed that it was close to The Crown Hotel bus station. What a very relaxing stay, nothing too much trouble.

The place was interesting and wonderful small and the staff were informative, the location was ideal near to lake. The queen room we stayed in was beautiful. Plenty of outstanding food for full English breakfast. Friendly reception. Besides, parking was available onsite.

Abundant breakfast and picturesque location, free wi-fi. I loved a comfortable decor and functional furniture. Staff was responsive, service was incredible, they shared some useful information. Hotel offered snacks in the reception.

Awesome food, brilliant staff. The staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay. The gardens were lovely and our room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Loved tranquil location of the hotel. Lively bar on site.

All fairly clean, ideal rooms and staff. They had an easy check-in too. Main bar was welcoming!

Of course, would recommend. The bed was spacious, room was very clean, breakfast was delicious. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Granny Dowbekin's, set within 5 minutes walk or so. Hotel's chef is one of the top employees...

The service is friendly, the breakfast is EXCELLENT. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Dunmallard Car Park. We parked in a free parking on-site. It is close to the airport.

Great food for all meals. Nice place to stay in Pooley Bridge, can't complain about anything.
